Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 July 2026
These terms govern your use of this website. Use of the MedTechAI platform itself is governed by a separate agreement between HexaTech and your clinic.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms do not govern your use of the MedTechAI platform (the software product), which is subject to a separate customer agreement.
2. Who we are
This website is operated by HexaTech, the provider of MedTechAI. You can contact us at info@hexa-tech.uk or 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4QZ, United Kingdom.
3. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, or interfering with its operation or security. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the site is being misused.
4. Intellectual property
The content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the MedTechAI and HexaTech names and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the content for your own information, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse it commercially without our permission.
5. Enquiries and demos
Information on this website, including product descriptions and demo materials, is provided for general information. It does not form a contract or a binding offer. Any agreement to provide the MedTechAI platform will be set out in a separate written agreement. We may change our products, pricing and materials at any time.
6. The nature of our software
MedTechAI is administrative software that supports clinic admin, patient communication, booking and marketing. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, clinical triage or medical advice. A human always reviews AI-handled conversations. Nothing on this website should be relied on as medical, legal or professional advice.
7. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at all times.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Third-party links and services
This website may link to third-party sites or services (for example, WhatsApp or our booking platform). We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
10. Privacy
Our use of personal data collected through this website is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they were last changed. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
13. Contact us
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at info@hexa-tech.uk.
